Below are our standard protocols and/or conditions of payments and terms that apply to every web development, services and contracts for all our clients.
Fees and Deposits
In most cases, a 20% deposit is required of the total quote/invoice value proposed and is due upon receipt with all projects or service you have with WordPress Experts. Another 50% will be required during the mid-development process and the remaining balance is required upon sign-off and completion of the project.
The deposit is non-refundable if the project has commenced.
Contents and Materials
Clients are obligied to supply all relevant information, text, contents, materials and images possible before the project commences. If agreed, WordPress Experts can supply copywriting services and relevent stock images at an additional cost.
If all fails, that prevents WordPress Experts to progress the work involved, WordPress Experts will not complete the initial project. However an invoice will be issued for any work already completed.
Revisions
WordPress Experts may offer the opportunity to revise any designs put forward. However, revisions are limited to a resonable number of proposals and may incur additional charge for additional design revisions.
